SAMBA AND PAGODE JAM SESSIONS

We have jam session locations for Choro, Pagode, Samba-jazz, and freestyle.

We also have student/teacher performances in the evenings.

 

ONE-NIGHT-ONLY DANCE CLASSES

We offer special dance classes with teachers who only spend one day at camp. We will also have Samba de Roda and our traditional Wednesday night Forró.

 

THE CAMP STORE

The store sells books, CDs, DVDs, instruments, clothing, and other items of interest.

 

AS 3 GATINHAS CAFE

The cafe serves up lattes, espresso, and cold drinks for an afternoon pick-me-up.

 

BRAZIILIAN CHURRASCO

We offer a real Brazilian barbecue on the final day of camp.

 

MOVIE NIGHTS

We traditionally offer two movie nights featuring Brazilian movies and/or documentaries. This year's title will be announced at camp.

 

HIKE THE REDWOOD FOREST

Brazil camp is located near Cazaderro, California on Austin Creek in a beautiful Redwood grove. The camp has several hiking trails and many wonderful natural sites to enjoy.
